Invoice Manager (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (managed via our authentication provider, Supabase).

2.2 Gmail Data

When you connect your Gmail account, we access your emails in read-only mode to identify invoice-related messages and download PDF attachments. We search for emails containing keywords such as “invoice”, “receipt”, and “billed”. We do not read, store, or process emails unrelated to invoices.

2.3 Invoice Data

We extract structured data from PDF invoices, including vendor name, invoice number, date, amount, and currency. The original PDF files are stored securely in our cloud storage.

2.4 Usage Data

We may collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and sync activity.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Invoice Manager service
  • To extract and organize invoice data from your emails
  • To generate reports and export bundles at your request
  • To sync your invoices automatically on a periodic schedule
  • To improve and develop new features
  • To communicate with you about the service

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. PDF files are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls. Gmail OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely to access your email on your behalf.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following third-party services solely to provide the Invoice Manager service:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
  • Google Gmail API — email access (read-only)
  • LandingAI — AI-powered document extraction

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@misimpl.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Export your data in a portable format

8. Gmail API Disclosure

Invoice Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Gmail data necessary to identify and extract invoices. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read your emails unless required for security purposes or required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

Invoice Manager is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
